LETTER to CONGRESSMAN
Attention: The following letter is being sent to all of our Congressmen and to Margaret Spellings, Secretary of Education. We ask that you send a request to Margaret Spellings to take federal funding away from schools that promote SEED and like ones, based on the abuse of the First Amendment Rights of our students. Please read the following letter.
A sample letter is written that you can use to send to your Congressman and Margaret Spelling. If enough legislators receive this fax, it will make a difference. You will find the letter under the First Amendment Right section of the menu. You can download it or write your own letter. The important thing is that you move to protect our most vulnerable, our children.

RE: SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) Nationwide Program
Dear Congressman:
It has been recently brought to our attention that the Federal Government is funding schools nationwide that promote a program called SEED. It has been in existence for over 15 years and is in high schools, middle schools and infiltrating our grammar schools, including 1st grade, in over 33 states. The program is designed to systemically transform the education programs across America by indoctrination of teachers, parents and students with radical ideas and political agendas that are contrary to our American traditions of education. SEED is against the law; outlined in the next 2 pages you will find pertinent information as to the seriousness of SEED. We request, though it is 2 pages, that you PLEASE READ THIS LETTER!
The transforming education takes place behind closed doors and no one outside the facilitators or attendees can sit in on a class. It is presented as a loving class that will open one's mind to new experiences and knowledge about diversity and multi-culturalism. The methodology used is quiet, secretive and breaks down the previous belief system of the attendees, making the individual ready to accept SEED doctrine, which is contrary to our American law and Judeo-Christian beliefs. Visit www.stopseed.com.
We now have teachers, who have attended, that are willing to testify as to its content and intent
Peggy McIntosh, Associate Director of Wellesley College for Research on Women and the Founder of SEED, speaks frequently at Peking University in Beijing at the request of the Committee on Women in Marxism. California Education Code 51530 prohibits teaching of Communism and yet our schools are teaching Marxist doctrines in order to transform America. The Communist Manifesto Doctrines are some of the doctrines that SEED promotes. The political agenda of SEED includes the following: Abortion, Globalism, Communism, Socialism, Illegal Immigration, White Privilege, Wheel of Oppression, Feminism, Unisex, Euthanasia, Assisted Suicide and Homosexuality.
SEED uses a movie called Its Elementary, which shows teachers how to introduce this subject matter into the classroom, by methods that are sensitive. The teachers are encouraged to incorporate homosexuality and the above political agendas into All of their subject matter. Homosexual individuals are pointed out as they teach History. They use many books in SEED trainings; one of them is called Lies MyTeacher Told Me by James Loewen. It encourages the further breakdown of traditional beliefs.
The traditional American Family is downplayed and SEED teachers encourage homosexual marriage. Homosexuals have already won same-sex marriage, for our future voters are now being indoctrinated. The homosexual lifestyle is encouraged when same-sex couples visit grade 1-12 classrooms to show our little ones how normal they are, and they only want to marry because they are in love. Subtle coercion is automatically applied by stories homosexuals tell of their victimization of not being able to marry.
Of course all the statistics of disease, sexual deviance, violence, mental stress, child molestations that are extremely high in homosexual lifestyles are never mentioned. The 1-2% homosexuals “cause of normality is now being put above students' safety, lives, and the future of our family unit.
As citizens of the United States our government guarantees us protection. If government funds are being given to schools that are breaking the law, then how can our tiniest of citizens be protected?
The First Amendment states Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of Religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech. The exposure of children to instruction, material, and activity that is hostile to faith is coercion. Justice Blackmun's opinion in Lee v. Weisman, 505 U.S. (1992) states the following:
Even subtle pressure diminishes the right of each individual
to choose voluntarily what to believe.
The language in Lee v. Weisman states the heightened concerns with protecting freedom of conscience from subtle coercive pressure in the elementary and secondary public schools. The law is not only violated if a child is forced to believe a concept introduced, but also the law is broken by the presentation that is made in the classroom. The children are held captive and cannot escape this information.
Under the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, the following is cited from 43 Case W. Res. L. Rev. at 717-721:
Students exposed to concepts hostile to their religious faith
experience coercion, though subtle, to renounce their faith
in the same way that students who are exposed to Bible
reading or prayer are coerced to embrace a religious faith.
Children are kept captive in the classroom and coerced into contrary religious and political beliefs. According to Edwards v. Aguillard 482 U.S. 578, 584 (1987) the following is true:
The Court has recognized on numerous occasions that the
Public school creates an inherently coercive atmosphere due
to mandatory attendance, laws, the tender age of most
of most students, students emulation of teachers as role
models , and peer pressure in group settings.
The political and social agendas of SEED are Humanist teachings taken from the Humanist Manifesto. The Supreme Court has deemed Humanism a Religion on three different court cases. They are United States v. Kauten (2d Cir. 1943), Fellowship of Humanity v. County of Alameda (1957) and in the Supreme Court decision of Torcaso v. Watkins in 1961. It is illegal to promote a particular religion in schools.
SEED abuses the First Amendment Rights of students. Eagle Forum of Sacramento and the Citizens of Elk Grove California ask that Federal Funding and taxpayer money be removed from the Elk Grove, San Juan and Sacramento School District, as well as schools across America that promote SEED doctrine and like programs. Moral and political decay is apparent throughout Elk Grove, but the school district continues to initiate more SEED programs, even with conclusive proof of SEED's agenda.
Our children, the future voters of America, need your protection. Their very lives are at risk and so is our Nation's future! This information is outlined in my newly released Book called Seeds of Deception: Planting Destruction of America's Children. Please go to www.stopseed.com for further information.
